Rivers Construction completed the roof tear off and replacement with high quality asphalt shingle and metal roofing on house and pole building.  The work was scheduled and completed timely as planned.  The work included gutter replacement with seamless gutters with much higher quality workmanship  than original, and soffit and fascia replacement. They arrived early in the day and finished the roof on the same day.  It looks great!  They tidied up the yard and left everything as it was before they came.  Was able to greet the workers personally before they left.
